He combines his expertise in management with his ability to support people, teams, and organizations in their professional and entrepreneurial development.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
After studying business administration at the Vienna University of Business Administration, Norbert's career initially led him into auditing, followed by strategy consulting. His most significant station was with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. He then switched sides for several years, taking on leadership roles in retail companies, where he focused on optimizing category and customer management. The next stage brought him back to consulting, this time with a focus on change management. He delved deep into systemic consulting and combines his strategic and analytical expertise with agile methods of organizational and team development. He loves coaching people, steering creative workshops and moderating large group events.
INSIGHT INTO NORBERT
Norbert appreciates working in teams to get to the heart of problems through open dialogue and develop new solutions in a creative process. He firmly believes that the combination of different strengths within a team is the foundation for achieving excellent results.
In his private life, he is a passionate athlete with a wide range of interests, including mountaineering, climbing, skiing, road cycling, mountain biking, and regular jogging and fitness training. He also has a deep appreciation for theater, opera, and reading sophisticated.
