EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Alexander is a highly experienced consultant. After his graduation he gained many years of experiences as a coach and trainer in the following industries: consumer goods, fashion, food industry, gaming, healthcare, logistics, production, technology, tourism and others.
He is the founder and Managing Director of Dumschat + Network, a small but excellent consulting company focusing on team and organizational development, based in Hamburg.
Furthermore, Alexander was able to enrich his skill set with several trainings in systemic consulting and group dynamics and is authorized trainer and member of the DGGO (German Association for Group- and organizational dynamics).
Additionally, he is guest lecturer at the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg and the university of Witten/Herdecke.
INSIGHT INTO ALEXANDER
Alexander is extremely curious, loves people and is capable of great enthusiasm. He lives in the city center of Hamburg - together with his wife and two teenagers. In his spare time he enjoys being outside in the nature.
